Return and Refund Policy
At Veloce Luxe RRR Enterprises New Delhi, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returning items and obtaining refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@VeloceLuxe.com to request a return authorization.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including a copy of the original receipt and the Return Authorization Number.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item reaches us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the steps outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchange product will be delievered within 3-5 working days
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within [14] days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement will be place within 3-5 working days or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
8. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
