• Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing:

• Tracking number
• Courier partner details
• Estimated delivery date

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Meta Wise ships only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
